Here at Isle of Flora we know it can be a difficult and stressful time organizing all your wedding vendors! Therefore we have simplified the process of ordering your wedding flowers, just follow the steps below; 

STEP ONE - Contact us for your complimentary wedding consultation, to discuss all of your ideas and needs for your big day over a cup of coffee or tea! Bring along any inspiration: pictures, ideas etc. 

STEP TWO - Within 14 days of this initial consultation we will email you a flexible and personalized quote. 

STEP THREE - You can look over the quote and let us know if you would like anything amended. 

STEP FOUR - We will amend your quote until we have created exactly what you are after! 

STEP FIVE - To secure your date, we will require a 25% deposit to be made. 

STEP SIX - We will contact you 4 weeks out from your wedding to finalize any small details and touch base. 

STEP SEVEN - Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to your wedding. 

STEP EIGHT - Leave it all in our capable hands and fall in love with your wedding flowers when you see them on the day. 

*Only one consultation is complimentary, any further consultation will be charged on the final invoice. 

*A large amount of amendments to the quote/order may incur an administrative fee. 

*25% deposit is non-refundable in ALL circumstances. 

*Event date will not be secure until deposit has cleared. 

*Isle of Flora reserves the right to cancel your order and retain the deposit if full payment isn't made four weeks prior to event date. 

*If you require a trial, this will be charged as per your quote. Payment will be required upfront. 

*We CANNOT guarantee any particular flower or variety. This is due to seasonal availability, growing requirements, quarantine and supplier availability. We will do our best to fill your order to your requirements, however we may need to use substitutes as we see fit. 

*If you are not happy with your wedding flowers please contact us within 24 hours, unfortunately we are unable to address any disputes outside of this time frame.
